This is a family-owned project inspired by Grandma's art and passion for baking; she taught us all the secrets of artisan pastry.
Diana Rodriguez is the pastry chef, with over 12 years of experience. She graduated in culinary arts and pastry, also studied business administration, and is currently the creator of this fantastic venture in collaboration with her mother, Mariela Buitrago, who specializes in crafting the flavors of cakes and desserts.
