An upfront payment of 50% of the total order value will be required upon reservation. The remaining 50% payment must be settled at the time of delivery.
In case of delivery service inclusion, the full payment must be made in advance. Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance to receive credit for future orders. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline.
Delivery Policies: The cake price does not cover transportation. A separate request for delivery service is necessary, and an individual delivery fee will be assessed. This delivery fee must be settled on the delivery day. Delivery times will be scheduled within an approximate half-hour window to streamline delivery logistics.
Communication and Customer Service Policies: A response via WhatsApp or email will be provided within a maximum of 24 hours. For complaints or inquiries, customers may submit a special request through the contact form, providing clear personal details including name, phone number, address, email, and preferred contact time.

Return and Refund Policies: A photograph of the product will be sent prior to delivery for approval. Upon delivery and acceptance of the product in perfect condition, liability will no longer be assumed for any subsequent damage.
